Shared Missions Support Children

In 2007, Southwest Human Development joined together with Easterseals as the new affiliate for central and northern Arizona. Formerly called Easter Seals Arizona, Southwest Human Development was selected as an affiliate in large part because of its level of high-quality service. Easterseals Southwest Human Development’s commitment to excellence and dedication to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities mirrors that of Easterseals across the nation.  The partnership also allowed for the expansion of disability programs and the development of new programs to serve Easterseals Arizona.

Easterseals Southwest Human Development’s goal is to provide children and their families with the knowledge and tools needed to reach their full potential and live healthy, productive lives.
